		<description>If the signal is stong enough it should work, and I would guess there is some kind of signal booster if the aerial is used for lots of properties, so doubt that would be a problem - assuming you live in a TNT area of course (very rural areas are still not all covered I think).
If you are sharing a TV antenna with other in the development I would ask anyone who lives there permanently, I&#039;m sure they would have tried it.
But a word of caution - don&#039;t be overoptimistic about what you will find on the extra channels, maybe look in a TV guide first and see if you actually want it.</description>

		<description>I have to agree that anything beats the rubbish we get here in UK!!!

At the moment we only receive the 5 basic French channels in our second home in Provence. We have a communal TV antenna in our development connected by pre-installed cabling to each house. We simply plug in our aerial to th epoint in the wall and get the TV. If we buy a set top decoder, do you know if it will work with that set up ? Many thanks for any advice you can give.
