Yes, I think it is (about 120 euros I believe we paid). It seems to cover most things pretty well, in a straightforward and easy to locate way, and even if a subject is unclear it will certainly prompt you to look further into an issue, research on the internet, talk to an acountant if necessary etc. As we know with the complexities of running a French SARL or business, one good suggestion that you wouldn't have thought of yourself can be worth much more than 120 euros! Things like 'details that have to appear on an invoice' are also covered. I guess from your name that you are French? The book will only be useful of course to those who can read French and there are very likely subtleties I miss because my French is not perfect. Good luck with your business! Olivier,
