In the end I paid her officially for nine hours per week and cash if she did extra. But she was constantly telling me "c'est pas normale" that she was "losing" her benefits. She eventually stopped because of this which was crazy as she was making far more working for me and another lady (she stopped there too) than she was on her benefits.
