Holiday rental: 2-bedroomed apartment in Ciboure with sea view
Apartment (English owners) in a new residence of 3 buildings with 9-12 flats in each building. There is a hectare of garden with a large swimming pool and our flat has a magnificent view of the bay and sea because we are on the top (3rd) floor and we're on a hill!
The Apartment
The apartment has wooden flooring throughout. There is a large living area (32 m2)with fully equipped kitchen and a 22 m2 balcony with furniture for eating outside. In the living area there is a sofa, and two armchairs, in white leather. The decor is white and linen. There is TV and music. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob with four rings, pyrolytic oven, fridge and freezer.
There are two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 160cm bed / bedroom 2: two single beds which can be combined to make a 160cm bed) and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a hydrotherapy shower) and two WC's.
All doors in the apartment are suitable for wheelchairs.
The residence has underground parking with an electronic gate and a lift (and stairs) from there to all floors.
The Area
The area is quiet, but in five minutes you can walk to the little beach of Ciboure and the harbour and cafes and shops, or it's 20 minutes across the bridge to St-Jean-de-Luz with a big sandy bay and more life.
