Philippeville, the splendid chapel of Our Lady of Walcot, was erected in 1602. Partly destroyed, was rebuilt in 1782. She is now registered for "Historical Monuments". Converted square outside and round the interior, it is made of one piece (architectural form of the Enlightenment).

A mosaic of remarkable grouping plants, the tip of Givet was listed March 4, 1999 as a Natural Reserve.
