Description
The Cathedral of France’s coronations. Notre-Dame de Reims is one of the finest examples of Gothic art and architecture in France. Over the centuries the Cathedral has played a key role in the History of France as the scene of the coronations of its kings. The towers allow a close-up look at the magnificent statues that adorn the Cathedral and give the finest views of the city of Reims and the surrounding countryside. Not to be missed: the tour of “Palais of Tau” and the exhibition of sculpture, tapestries or the Treasure of Reims cathedral. Cathedral designated world heritage site by UNESCO.
