Garlic and egg soup recipe

Ingredients

Olive oil

3 cloves garlic, sliced

Dry French bread, broken into small chunks

3 eggs

Chopped parsley

Water

Recipe

  1. Coat bottom of cast iron frying pan with oil.
  2. Add garlic and brown.
  3. Add bread and stir to coat.
  4. Add parsley, and water to cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Add eggs by either stirring them in or poaching them.
