Garlic and egg soup recipe
Ingredients
Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Dry French bread, broken into small chunks
3 eggs
Chopped parsley
Water
Recipe
- Coat bottom of cast iron frying pan with oil.
- Add garlic and brown.
- Add bread and stir to coat.
- Add parsley, and water to cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
- Add eggs by either stirring them in or poaching them.
