Chocolate fudge recipe

ingredients

18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)

Recipe

  1. Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir only until smooth.
  4. Turn into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
  5. Refrigerate about 2 hours.
  6. Turn fudge out on cutting board and peel off paper.
  7. Cut into small squares.
